Clarity is the most significant development in this new chapter of COIRI. Where in the past reports were paper-based and survey output was delivered via static format, Clarity is a browser-based, dynamic tool that brings your compensation and benefits reporting into the digital age.
Designed for simplicity and efficiency, Clarity is our browser-based software that dynamically analyzes survey responses and generates summary reports in real time.
Clarity provides quick access to all survey reports through an intuitive interface that doesn’t provide an abundance of features, but focuses on doing one thing well: helping you make informed benefits and compensation decisions quickly.
With Clarity you will be able to:
- Generate custom reports in real time, combining any mix of benefits and compensation data.
- Save your preferred report configurations for instant recall.
- Export or print data in your preferred formats: PDF, Excel, CSV.
- Search globally across job-titles and benefits types, with intelligent synonyms so you find what you’re looking for.
In short: Clarity replaces the old paper-report cycle with a self-serve, modern, web-based experience.

Access to Clarity is available via yearly membership. This provides several exclusive benefits such as a hefty discount in successive years with survey participation and up to two ad-hoc quick polls. However you can also try it out at no charge with a free membership. A free membership gives full, unrestricted access to the entire platform save for the numeric report data—enough to get a sense of its capabilities and how it could benefit you.
