We pay a full day’s regular pay, regardless of recent earnings (as long as the employee is entitled).	We pay the average earnings over the past 4 weeks (per ESA or similar provincial calculation).	We pay salaried employees their full day's regular pay, and hourly employees based on the ESA calculation.	We pay full-time employees their full day's regular pay, and part-time and contract employees based on the ESA calculation.
