Clarity provides in-depth reports and analyses of the COIRI human resources surveys, providing you with locally-sourced answers that help you keep your employee compensation and benefits practices competitive.
Purchase Options
Access to Clarity requires an account. If you’re not a member, you can join for free in order to get a sense of it’s capabilities (but minimal numerical data). Members who participate in the survey receive a $400 discount on the following year’s membership fee.
If you don’t want to become a member, you can still purchase access to any survey summary analysis for up to one year.
A paid membership is by far the best value. It provides:
- Full access to all data.
- Ability to use Custom Reports to quickly find compensation data for hundreds of positions.
- Up to two (2) ad-hoc, custom quick polls.
