The Grand Valley chapter of the HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) partnered with COIRI to produce a Compensation and Benefits Survey for our chapter members. In my role as co-chair of the survey committee, I was in ongoing contact with COIRI and was very happy with their work. They were always very responsive, flexible, and accommodating. They provided great expertise in the survey process and great advice regarding the structure of our survey and our communications with our chapter members. This was our first survey in several years after our chapter had stopped publishing an annual survey. I was involved in the earlier committee work that led to that survey moving to a consulting firm, and I recall that the pricing, even at that time, was far higher than the arrangements COIRI provided to our chapter.
