SURVEY FORMAT PREFERENCE

Results are available in both hard and soft copies. The hard copies are bound books; each are approximately 200 pages. The soft copies come in both pdf and excel format, and as a searchable database in excel. Memberships include all 3 electronic versions and the hardcopy version. In an effort to be environmentally conscious however, we request that you please opt-out of the hardcopy, if you will not use it.
