Historically at the forefront of advocating for management interests, HRLA was established to provide employers with a cost-effective alternative to the traditional law firm “billable hours” culture.
Unlike the usual “bill by the minute” practice, HRLA provides employers with unlimited, written and oral, real-time human resource and employment law advice, training and educational services for a flat monthly fee. Two select packages are available (Essential and Executive) to companies, depending on their needs.
“HRLA is a groundbreaking, innovative, and comprehensive solution to employers of all sizes.”
